The most unpopular boys, Gary (Anthony Michael Hall) and Wyatt (Ilan Mitchell-Smith), use computer science and a ceremony involving a doll to create the "Perfect woman", Lisa (Kelly Labrock). And thus begins the trouble.
Once again, unsettling with the objectification of women. "You made me so I belong to you," says Lisa to the boys. What the hell is with Hughes and making his female characters into sexual objects? Or was he reflecting the social views of the time? Who knows.
But it was a good film.
And it has Bill Paxton! I love this weirdo wiseass. He is the fave 80s actor of mine.
And a very young Robert Downey Junior acting as a knob.
Watch it for a laugh.
