And this is meant to be the easiest fitness test. Oh geez.
Yesterday I marked out twenty metres and started the beep test (I have to run from one side to the other within the space of the beeps in the recording) only to stop at 3.7. Then from curiosity I let the whole recording play out. It finally ended at level 21. That is insane! Who the hell can dash across twenty metres in three seconds after completing the previous levels?
The last time I had to do this was in high school for PE. I don't remember (something to do with blocking out bad memories) what level I reached but even I can say 3.7 is bad, alright for a first try, but bad if I want to get into the defence force. But hey, this is only week one for me, I have time to build up my leg muscles, tighten my abs and turn my arms into pillars of strength.
Before I really have to worry about the fitness test I still have my aptitude test and that has math in it... I'm screwed. What was trigonometry about again?
