Have a look along the top of this website, go on, raise your eyes... do you see those? Those two new pages? Yep. As of today I have two new extra special pages for you guys to peruse for your pleasure though in actual reality they are for any media person to look at. Yep, press releases and reviews (be it two reviews from the same person, they still count!) are now available.

It might be two months away but Pure Pop Asia, Beta and Summertime Madness will be published in March.

And then it all begins again, I will be writing more to add to my pile, as well as editing and publishing another story before the end of the year, hoping that it will be Blair's second book, not sure if I can deal with that just yet though (it was very emotional for me writing that part). But hey, let's see what life throws at me next before I commit to anything.

Jump over to the press release page and see exactly what had me killing off brain cells at an alarming rate. This is why I will never be a journalist, that and I can't spell.

Yoga is great fun, everyone should attempt it. There is of course the physical, mental and spiritual benefits which are all good; you will stand taller, muscles more relaxed, mind clear and you will feel more centred for days after.

Then there are other thing.

Yoga makes you realise just how slutty you can be. Going through each pose I remember I performed some of those in bed. My favourite is the crocodile. Don't ask.

When you are able to get your toes close to your face you notice slight changes like how your feet are turning into Hobbit feet. Since when do I have three hairs on my left instep? Also I need to shave my legs...

The meditation part is great for organising your thoughts, most of the time I'm making to-do-lists for my blog. Though I think I'm meant to be foccusing on something else, it still works, I feel centred by the end.

Overall, by doing yoga regularly I have learned to "let go" (that's a chant you will hear constantly and then it will be inside your head when you venture off into life and something happens, you will think "let go") Yoga seeps into all areas of life.

Where She Went by Gayle Forman is the amazing sequel to If I Stay. This is Adam's story, three years on from Mia's accident which destroyed her life, three years since Adam has seen the girl he begged to live. Now he's a rock star and hating the isolation it brings. Mia and Adam have a chance meeting one night in New York giving Adam the opportunity to asks questions, get the answers he needs and let the girl he loved... loves... go and maybe put the past to rest

This is a must read! But first you need to go back and read If I Stay. You must, you must, you must.

The writing is absolutely amazing, very simple and easy to fall into the rhythm of the author's pacing. It has a quiet and contemplative tone. As we jump between the present in New York to the past, both pre and post Mia, we are gifted with a fascinating insight into Adam. An insight that makes the reader fall in love with him all over again. The story is entrancing, believable (the most important thing when reading fiction), heart wrenching and brutally honest.

Short and bitter sweet. Masterfully delivered.

Black and Blue

The funeral is soon. My black dress has been hanging in the front of the wardrobe for over a week now, waiting for the day. I'm just going to be going through the motions I fear. Apart from some sadness for a death occurring I can't summon much more for a man I barely knew. This will not be a repeat of my grandfather's funeral.

The real problem will be having cute boys in uniforms of blue. Put any attractive guy in a uniform and it doesn't matter if it is a funeral or not, I'm going to be drooling. We can only hope they send the less appealing to pay their respects or else the back of my head will be black and blue from all of the smacks my mother will deliver, telling me to pay attention to the service and not the police.

Intimacy

There's a gap
a hollow in my bed
where once we overlapped.
But now I dread
when next it will be filled
the next man
who makes my heart still,
maybe he will be a fan
maybe I can get him to stay
maybe he won't be just an easy lay.

This craving is strange. I desire intimacy with another human being (not sex necessarily), I am starved of affection, snuggling, counting his heart beat as I lay me ear to his chest, listening to his voice rumble as he murmurs a story, feel his hands trace imaginary patterns on my skin.

All of that, I want it. I need it.

But I'm afraid to accept from the next to offer.

I wish my fairy tale would hurry up and happen and the man, be him prince, baker or wolf, he would be there in my life. No more searching. No more duds. I want to start living happily ever after. I want him to kiss me awake.

Then again this is reality and each guy is a frog who likes to try and shove his tongue down my throat.

I want a relationship, but only with the right man. This time I will not settle.

And the cravings? Well, I wish I didn't know what it was like then I wouldn't be wanting. I can't take care of this on my own like other itches, which means I must endure until I can be held again with affection, trust and hope.
