Mikazuki Yozora has no friends but her imaginary one. She's outspoken, stubborn and a little on the violent side.
The two outcasts decide to make a new club, for misfits like them, in order to make friends. The Neighbours Club.
Yes it is completely random and unbelievable at times (a ten year old nun who is also a teacher? Really?) but this series has real heart and says something truthful about high school; it's a social catastrophe. I love this series. The dialogue (English) is fast paced and very original, the episode stories have a natural progression to them (they don't struggle to make things happen just to get the audience hooked, no death games, time travelling or demon attacks) it's sorta like hanging out with friends and having fun, and the events are believable (who the hell hasn't had an awesome conversation with an imaginary friend? They're the best!).
A quirky high school comedy where the vampire is a ten year old, there's a cross dresser, a genius inventor with a smut addiction and a popularity princess. The stakes are high, it could break your heart if you do make real friends.
