tomato and BBQ sauce
season all salt
Anything else that takes your fancy e.g. bacon, tomato, egg, pinapple.
P.S. great if you have left over meat like steak, chicken or lamb, just slice it up.
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius.
2. Spread tomato and BBQ sauce over the pita bread and sprinkle with season all salt.
3. Cover with cheese.
4. Dot with toppings.
5. Cover with cheese.
6. Cook for 20 minutes.
It's minimal effort and takes about the same amount of time as standing around for takeaway but it's chockfull of toppings (and cheese).
