Then someone responded. “This group isn’t geared for business owners, pm me and I’ll point you in the right direction.”
I am glad I asked.
My self-loathing has been shoved back into its little box, tapped up, and posted to Suckitville. This woman was amazing and full of knowledge. The boiled down version; don’t buy into the universe telling you shit until you’ve tried everything.
And I haven’t yet. Nope, there are other places to look for ideas and advice, and some stuff I’ve been putting off doing. So I’m throwing myself at it. Whole heartedly.
Business is like love, especially when it comes to your dream. We want to be successful in finding that match, even if it’s a short term thing, we want to catch their eye and get them to stick around for a while. It is disheartening when you’ve been single for a long time and you don’t think it will ever happen. But if you change routine, just a little, go to a new place for drinks after work, actually leave the house on a weekend. And then there is the big change, advertise on dating sites and apps.
I think we’re getting the similarities now.
My books, everything to do with my writing, I love and want to share the shit out of them. So I’m going to change my routine a little and read a lot more about business and connect with more like minded people. And I am going to try advertising and give another incentive for people to become customers to this crazy show.
Count it down folks because for the Queen’s birthday long weekend, Blair: Salem’s daughter and The Annual are going to be free. Not on sale, FREE. So hurry to Smashwords.com and download this Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
And for those who leave a review on Goodreads watch out for a surprise…
The Lord and Lady of the Fey world and Blair (my wanna be queen) wish our Commonwealth monarch a very happy official birthday.
P.S. It would be lovely if you could share the shit out of this and tell everyone about it. Don’t forget to like the Facebook page. And have a cup of tea.
